We work with premium hardwoods like oak, walnut, maple, and cherry — all sourced responsibly and selected for strength, beauty, and character. If you have a specific wood in mind, let us know, and we’d be happy to source it for you!
What all can I customize?
At The Timber Garage, every last detail of your product can be made to your desire! We build each piece to order! Reach out to us for custom orders!
Do you offer matching benches or chairs?
Yes! Seating can be ordered and customized
How long does a custom table take to build?
Build times typically range from6 to 10 weeks, depending on the complexity of your piece and our current workload. We’ll give you an estimated completion date before you order.
Can I have stain samples made to ensure I love the color?

Can I change my order after I have already placed it?
Yes! You can make any changes to your product within 14 days of placing the order! Not sure what you want, but you want to take advantage of a promo? Just send us a message via the live chat feature, and we'll take care of the rest!

Do you require a deposit?
At The Timber Garage, we function just like a regular furniture store! We require an upfront payment and process your order as soon as possible!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all credit cards, checks, ACH transfers, and cash!
Can I finance my table?
Yes! We offer 6 month 0% financing to all of our customers with no credit inquiry! Customers can finance up to 36 months!
Shipping, Delivery & Pickup
Do you deliver? How Far?
Yes! Our team offers an In-House delivery service! We travel up to 250 miles in house. For orders outside of our 250 mile radius we offer a third party shipping solution!
Can I pick up my table?
Absolutely! We will contact you when your order is available for pickup! We recommend bringing moving blankets and straps!
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are based upon miles from our shop! Delivery rates are calculated upon checkout!
Do you bring the product in my home?
Yes! When you opt for The Timber Garage in-house delivery, our team brings each product into your home, fully assembled!
Warranty & Policies

Can I return my table?

What if my table arrives damaged?
At The Timber Garage, each table goes through a detailed pre-delivery inspection process. If your table does arrive damaged, we will touch up any areas/rebuild anything if necessary!
What happens if I don't like it?
We stand behind our work 100%. If something’s not right due to craftsmanship or materials, we’ll make it right. Since each piece is custom-built, we don’t offer returns after the final sign off, but we’ll work closely with you from the start to ensure you’re thrilled with the result.
Production & Status Updates
How can I check the status of my project?
At The Timber Garage, we have a large queue of orders at any given moment. It is perfectly normal to not hear from us for the first few weeks of the queue, as we will be building your order in the last 1-2 weeks of the estimated window. We will keep you updated with any delays or expeditions.
Can I have my order expedited?
Yes! Reach out to us via phone or email and we will work with you to expedite your order to the best of our ability! Please note: rush fees will be added to the total job cost.
